Changes to the 2016 TNI Laboratory Standard - Module 4 Chemistry

Synopsis

Changes to this module included:
- Revising Sections 1.4 and 1.5 on Method Selection and Validation to be consistent with other modules.
- Significant revisions to Section 1.5.2 on detection and quantitation limits to be consistent with the EPA MDL procedure in 40 CFR Part 136 and to reflect best professional practice.
- Revising Section 1.6, Demonstration of Capability for clarity and to allow for more options. The revised section reinforces that this demonstration applies to each individual that performs the test.
