We are all learning new techniques of working. This training is to help organizations when staff is working from outside the operational locations. The three trainings provide: (Class 1) an introduction to doing work outside the operational location, (Class 2) performing assessments of organizations by accreditation bodies, and (Class 3) how the organization can prepare for an off-site (remote) assessment, audit or client visit. The training includes the process of planning, conducting and reporting assessment and audits using Information Communication Technology (ICT). The trainer has over ten years of experience in performing audits, assessments and consulting using ICT and this experience will be shared with the attendees.
This part will review how the lab can prepare and work with an accreditation body and others to conduct remote activities using Information Communication Technology (ICT). Activities to be explored are: (1) internal audit activities of multi-location facilities, (2) lab personnel preparation for remote accreditation body assessments and (3) client visits/audits of testing activities.
Understand the basic principles of performing remote assessments. Know the activities that can be performed in a remote assessment. Understand how to use Information Communication Technology effectively.
