Session 1 – Managing – This session speaks to the organizational aspects of the QA staff/team, how to cover the various responsibilities and how to work with the lab management team. Specifics on evaluating risks in the lab, reviewing the management systems, and ensuring changes are managed in a controlled manner. The importance and tools for developing client communication/interaction skills are also covered.

Session 2 – Foundational Tasks – This session covers the tasks that serve as the basis for evaluating and ensuring quality – internal auditing, reviewing the management systems, Certification and PT management. Content will include a varied approach to internal audits in that one size does not fit all; critical pieces in ensuring that your certifications do not lapse.
